Your DMs Are Costing You Bookings

Getting Booked
2 min read
Your biggest booking problem isn't your content. It's the messy journey from a DM to a confirmed payment. Here's why your DMs were never meant to handle bookings.

It is 9PM. Someone watches your content and sends you four words. 'How do I book?'.
Then this happens. You send your rates. They ask what days you have free. You open your calendar in another tab and type out three options by hand. They pick one. Then they ask how they pay you. You send a link from a third app. You wait. You tell yourself you will follow up in the morning.
It's 8:00am in the morning you have five messages on three platforms and one person who was already sold before any of it started. That is not a you problem, social apps were built to hold attention, not built to close sales. Everything after 'I'm interested' is a handoff you do by hand, one lead at a time, from your phone, at every day and night.
And here is the part nobody sees. Some people go quiet in the middle of all that. They do not say no. They just stop replying. You assume they were never serious. They never show up in any dashboard. Nobody counts them. But you paid for every one of them with attention you worked hard to earn.
The usual tools do not fix all challenges. Link in bio tools count clicks and stop there. Scheduling tools book the time and leave the money for later. Payment links take the money but know nothing about the booking. Three tools. Three gaps. And still you in the middle, stitching.
For a potential customer or client buying, finding you, booking you and paying you is one motion. It should be one motion for you too. This is what Citruss is all about. One link that carries the whole process. So the next time someone asks how to book, you send a link instead of starting a shift.
